Wild Rice - Chicken Salad

3 cups Wild Rice

Rince rice well -
Cool about 20 minutes
add salt
add enough water to cover rice
soak overnight

1/3 cup Green or Red peppers
2 t lemon Juice
Parsley
Rose Mary

Mix together

Add the above to:
3 cups of chicken -cubed
1 stalk of celery - cubed
1/3 cup of cubed onions
